Shipping is currently FREE for all items shipped via UPS Ground to the "contiguous" United States. Since UPS does not deliver to post office boxes, please be sure to include a street address for delivery when placing your order. Should you wish your shipment to be sent via 2nd Day or 3rd Day Air, a shipping fee will be added to your order as indicated during your checkout; this amount is based upon your location and the weight and dimensions of your purchase. Sales tax is only collected on shipments made to New Jersey.

Your SATISFACTION IS 100% GUARANTEED. We unconditionally guarantee all unused or defective merchandise for 30 days from the receipt of shipment. During this special promotion should you not be satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a REFUND, and NO FREIGHT COST TO YOU (LuggageGuy.com does charge a $5 restocking fee for each carton returned, see the note below*). LuggageGuy.com will provide you with a pre-paid UPS label to return your purchase to us, at our cost. All luggage must be in the condition you received it with all tags attached and in the original carton. Your original form of payment will be credited for the price of your purchase. Your credit will appear after LuggageGuy has received and processed your returned item at our warehouse. Note that charge card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on your statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

Why is there a $5 restocking fee for returned cartons?: To ensure the highest quality standards LuggageGuy.com examines and reboxes all returned items to ensure that only new and unused products are put back into inventory, we therefore charge a modest restocking fee per carton for all new items returned to us. Under our Free Returns Policy, customers that return new unused products will be provided with a full refund and LuggageGuy.com will pay all freight costs.
